Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my schedule and ability to serve other clients. To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask for the following: 24-Hour Notice Required If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service. Excessive Cancellations If a client cancels or reschedules more than 3 times within a 6-month period, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. Continued excessive cancellations may result in limited booking privileges.
